Summer House star Lindsay Hubbard has listed her $13K per month apartment as she is ready to move on and up. This is a rental in Manhattan, and it was originally where she and Carl Radke spent their time. Then, they split before their Mexico wedding, but she remained at the apartment. Right now, Lindsay Hubbard can be seen pregnant on Season 9 of Summer House. She has a new man, Turner Kufe, but has to film with her ex-fiance, Carl Radke, in the Hamptons show home. This has not been easy as she just accused him of cheating, but he had the screenshots to prove she was wrong. Her co-star, West Wilson, stated that he did not think she would come back for Season 10 now that she has a baby. She has since disputed his claim, and it appears she will return. The show has yet to be renewed for another season. However, it will likely have one more round in it.
As for Lindsay, since the summer ended, she gave birth to her first child, Gemma. She and Turner maintained that they would not live together. Now, it appears that could have changed. Her NYC apartment, which went for $13K/month, is now on the market. No longer is it a rental but placed for sale. The selling price is $3.25 million. It boasts two bedrooms and three bathrooms at 1300 square feet. Lindsay has been there since May 2023, but now she is allegedly on the search for a “fresh start.”

It is unclear if the Summer House star will have Turner living with her, but she is apparently looking for a home for her and Gemma. One of the best features of the apartment is the balcony. It gives the owner a beautiful view of Midtown and the Empire State Building. Whomever purchases Lindsay’s old home will also have these perks:
